This is hands down my new favorite place. I'm obsessed. Gelato is amazing, fresh, has lots of variety in flavors, and the staff are friendly. Highly recommend!

Delicious!!! I love that I can pick 3 flavors with the medium bc I’m greedy lol. Stratciatella, Oreo and Raspberry Cheesecake were all 10/10. Great portion size and fair priced for area. Great staff working Saturday night 8/22. Also tasted the rainbow cookie and that was fantastic. Cute outdoor seating

I just want to say that this Ice Cream shop really cares about their customers in ALL respects! Especially that one worker, I think her name was Alesia, she was very thorough when talking about an order with me. I wanted to place a bigger order and she walked me through different steps in which I could take for said order. Give her a raise or something!! Also the two other girls working with her were very respectful and was prompt with the various incoming orders that they were receiving in their really busy hour (although it must always be busy haha). Anyways 5/5 service and not to mention the DELICIOUS ICE CREAM (I may never go to another Ice cream shop again). If you’re ever in the Franklin Square area this spot is a MUST TRY! Keep on doing what you’re doing girls and I must say, management must have an excellent staff training program!!! Please give these girls a raise, they absolutely deserve it!!!!

I recently visited Dolce Gelato in Franklin Square, NY, and had such a fantastic experience. The gelato was absolutely deliciousβ€”rich, creamy, and full of flavor, with plenty of great options to choose from. The shop itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, giving it a really professional and welcoming feel. What stood out just as much as the desserts was the staff, who were incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout my visit. It’s clear they care about both their products and their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality gelato in the area.

Lets be honest, patience is a virtue. You come here for the sweets and they deliver. Maybe you may not have the best customer service experience but that’s looking through one set of eyes . It all disappears when you taste the sweets. Worth the wait, if you have to.
